Always arrive at your customer's location early and communicate delayed arrivals to your customer and Clickafix customer support via in-app messaging. 


  1. Complete your job in a timely manner and communicate extra time to customers or Clickafix customer support via in-app messaging.

  1. Ensure you have all your work tools available before you leave to deliver your task: this will ensure you complete your work on time.


Don’t’s

  1. Avoid keeping your customer waiting, if you are running late, communicate with your customer or leave a message to customer support via in app letting us.

     

  1. Do not rush your work. If the quality of your work is poor, customers will give negative feedback that will affect your rating.

       

  1. Do not use the time you are expected work with for unnecessary discussion. Focus more on your task and do not forget you have other work waiting for you.
