Payments on Clickafix app may be declined for a few reasons. Some of the most common reasons include:

  • You entered your personal details incorrectly

  • If there are many attempts in a short period of time

  • Card issuer declined 

These types of declines come solely from your bank and we can not see the exact reasons why this might have occurred.

However, if

  1. Your account was debited - kindly reach out to our customer support team via our Help Centre with the details of the transaction for  further assistance.

  1. If your account did not get debited - you will need to contact your bank for further assistance.

If you’ve checked with your bank or card provider, we recommend trying the payment later. If it’s urgent, try using a different payment method.
