However, if your Pro did not complete your job to your satisfaction within the agreed time frame? Here are a few steps to resolve the issues.

  1. If your professional did not complete the job, please rate them on the app and provide additional information so that we can rectify the issue. A professional given less than three stars will not be matched with you again. 

  2. Visit our Help centre to report the issue. A member of our Customer Support team will be in touch with you.
